Payment

Payments for the registration fee must be made ONLY by bank transfer to the Instituto Ciência Aplicada e Tecnologia da Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (ICAT) bank account.

Note that any charges required for bank transfers are not included in the cost of the registration fees and should be paid separately.

Please add the reference "Registration Fee for SCTE2012" and your full name on the Message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer and a copy of your payment order by email.(scanned copy) to the conference secretariat (STCE2012@itn.pt).
Registration will be confirmed only after full payment is received.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please send a written notification of cancellation to the Registration Office as early as possible. Refund will be made after the following cancellation fee and bank transfer fee are deducted.

However, if you are the author of the abstracts listed on the conference, your registration fee will not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the Conference. When written notice of cancellation received: Until March 1, 2012: 15% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge From March 2, 2012: 100% of the registration fee (No refund)

 

Student Grants

We are pleased to inform that the limited number of grants to support students have already been attributed. Students that have applied will be contacted. Please do not send any more applications.
